SHIPPING & POLICIES

Shipping Process

 

At Lace Deez, all sneaker restoration services are completed through mail-in only. Once you place your order and pay your 50% deposit, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours containing your shipping instructions and tracking details.

Please make sure your sneakers are free of loose dirt and packaged securely before shipping. Double-boxing is recommended for extra protection during transit.

Steps to Send Your Kicks:

  1. Place your order and pay your deposit.

  2. Wait for your confirmation email with the full shipping instructions.

  3. Ship your sneakers to our restoration facility:

  4. Once received, we’ll confirm your package and begin restoration.

  5. When your shoes are complete, we’ll send photos of the final results and your remaining balance invoice before shipment back to you.

Return Shipping

 

All completed restorations are shipped back using USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Return shipping costs are added to your final invoice.

Deposit Policy

 

All services require a 50% deposit to start.
The remaining 50% is due once restoration is completed and before your shoes are shipped back.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover materials, labor, and time invested into your project.

Payment Policy

 

Remaining balances must be paid within 7 days of receiving your final photos and invoice.
If payment is not received within that time frame, your shoes will be placed on hold.
After 30 days, unclaimed or unpaid pairs will be considered property of Lace Deez and may be resold to recover costs.

Turnaround Time

 

Most restorations take 7 – 14 business days once received.
Larger projects such as full repaints or multiple pairs may take longer.
Clients will be notified if any delays occur.

Service Adjustments

 

If your shoes require additional work after inspection (for example, a deep clean is needed before icing, or a repaint is required), we’ll notify you first.
Your final invoice will reflect any service changes or upgrades.

Liability

 

Lace Deez treats every pair with the highest care and attention.
However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn glue separation, or discoloration caused by factory aging.
We always communicate openly before proceeding with any risky restoration.
